Receive your tracking number within 24–48 hours of your order

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

Within 24–48 hours of your order confirmation, you will receive the tracking number via email. You can use it to track the shipment in real time directly from our Track Your Order page.

If you have not received the tracking number 48 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder or write to us at supporto.folligen@gmail.com

If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of shipment confirmation, we ask you to:

  1. Check the status of the shipment using the tracking number received via email.
  2. Verify that the delivery address entered at the time of order is correct.
  3. Contact us at supporto.folligen@gmail.com with your order number — our team will respond within 24 business hours and resolve the issue.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at supporto.folligen@gmail.com with the subject line "ADDRESS CHANGE" and your order number. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

If the package arrived damaged or something is missing inside, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at supporto.folligen@gmail.com attaching photos of the package and its contents. We will immediately arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
